These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the studio775.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Studio 775 LLC (doing business as “studio 775”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Studio 775 , even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.
Studio 775 is a mobile paint party company. Every event takes effort and expense on our side to create a positive experience. We reserve seats, book paint experiences with other venues, pay for supplies, and staff based on registrations. We plan accordingly to make sure your experience with us and your event is the best it can be.
We understand that life happens. Things come up, conflicts arise, and emergencies can affect your ability to maintain your commitment to your art class. Below is our cancellation policy based on the different events we offer. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
No outside food or beverages are to be brought to public events. There is food and beverages served on site and we want to support the venues that allow us to have these amazing events!
Studio 775 Public Paint Party Terms
Transfers, cancellations, or any other changes must be made 48 hours prior to class to receive a credit for a future event. To transfer or requests a credit, email [email protected] with your order number and event date. Reservations are not refundable. A full credit will be issued if you contact us at least 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made after the 48 hours will receive a partial credit subject to a 25% cancelation fee per seat. NO credits or refunds for cancellations made within 24 hour prior to start of class time. Refunds will not be provided. Credits must be used within 60 days or else the credit will be void.
Ticket transfers must be made through our website. Requests through third party channels and social media are NOT guaranteed.
In the event, classes are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters you may opt to have your tickets transferred or have a credit issued for a future event.
Every ticket purchase is a firm commitment to attend the event and we use the funds to hire our artists, pay for supplies, venues, travel expenses etc., Day of event Cancellations / Transfers will not be granted, thank you for understanding. Sorry, there will be no credits or refunds for “no shows”.
GUESTS ARRIVING LATE MAY BE REFUSED AND NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
Studio 775 Private Party Terms:
• The deposit is not refundable and it is applied to your party balance if all conditions are met.
• The remainder of your party balance is due upon the completion of the party.
• Your deposit will be refunded if all your guests purchase their own tickets individually either online or at the door on your party date upon party completion
• If you cancel your event within 10 days of the party, you will forfeit your deposit.
• If you cancel prior to 10 days you will receive store credit for deposit paid, a refund will not be issued for cancellation
• If the minimum guest requirement (5/10 painters) is not met, the deposit will be applied to cover the difference
• Private parties can be booked for any day and time of the week contingent upon staff and space availability.
• You must have a minimum of 5/10 people to book a private party. If the minimum is not met, the difference between the minimum and the number of guest attending must be paid before the party can take place.
• You can choose your own painting, from our painting gallery.
• The host of any private party will need to hold the reservation with a credit card number and a deposit, that is non-refundable due to cancellations or date and time changes.
• The instructor, paint, canvas, easels, brushes, and aprons are provided by Studio 775.
• We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so it would be a good idea to have your guests arrive prior to party start time.
• A party exceeding the end time is subject to a service charge of $75.00 and an additional $75.00 for each additional hour over party end time. Party extensions are based on availability of space and management discretion.
• Deposits are refunded at the end of the party once ALL terms have been met.
Studio 775 Giveaway Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
By entering a Studio 775 Giveaway (each, a “Sweepstakes”), you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. “Studio 775 ” means Studio 775 LLC or any of its affiliates.
Eligibility. Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who have subscribed to the website studio775.com and are the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Studio 775 and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor. The Sponsor is the individual or entity offering the Sweepstakes on the Sweepstakes Landing Page. Neither Studio 775 nor any of its affiliates is a sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method. The Sponsor will award a prize to one or more individuals who enter at the Sweepstakes point of entry (“Sweepstakes Landing Page”) using the selection method identified below. The Sweepstakes Landing Page will specify the Sponsor, prize(s), approximate retail value, how to enter, and when each Sweepstakes begins and ends (which may be sooner than the end dates and times provided depending on the available supply of prizes). Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If you are a winner, an e-mail notification will be sent to you on behalf of the Sponsor.
You must subscribe to email notifications from Studio775.com in order to enter or receive a prize. Limit one entry per person and email per Sweepstakes. Prize(s) will be fulfilled by the Sponsor. Prize(s) will be delivered by using the e-mail address you select for the Sweepstakes. Each winner will be responsible for paying any taxes and any other expenses incurred, including any income taxes, sales or use taxes, value added taxes, goods, and services taxes or harmonized sales taxes. Throughout the term of this Sweepstakes, you will provide Studio 775 with any forms, documents, or certifications as may be required for Studio 775 to satisfy any information reporting or withholding tax obligations with respect to any payments related to this Sweepstakes.
Each prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. The Sponsor or Studio 775 may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
How to Enter. You may enter the Sweepstakes via the entry method described below.
1. On the Sweepstakes Landing Page, confirm you have an eligible email address and follow the entry form instructions.
2. When you complete the entry form, you will receive a confirmation email and that will confirm the entry.
Disclosure in Connection with Publicizing Entry. If you choose to promote your entry via social media or other channels, you should disclose your connection to the Sweepstakes. For example, it may be sufficient to include a statement such as # Studio775 Giveaway.
Other Sweepstakes. By entering a Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Sweepstakes unless you enter each Sweepstakes separately.
Additional Terms. Sponsor, together with Studio 775 , reserves the right to modify or cancel a Sweepstakes at any time. Sponsor and Studio 775 and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from downloading Sweepstakes materials. Sponsor, together with Studio 775 , may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with a Sweepstakes; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entries will be disqualified. The authorized subscriber of the account used to enter a Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Terms & Conditions in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account.
No greater than the number of prizes stated on the Sweepstakes Landing Page will be awarded. If any errors occur in the selection of a potential winner, or if more prizes are claimed than specified, Sponsor or Studio 775 may award the prize(s) by random drawing from among all eligible claimants. All prizes made available for a Sweepstakes may not be awarded in the event Sponsor or Studio 775 does not receive a sufficient number of qualified and eligible entries for an applicable Sweepstakes.
Miscellaneous. Each Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering a Sweepstakes, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Sponsor, Studio 775, and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Sweepstakes (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.
You agree that Sponsor’s decisions related to each Sweepstakes and all distribution of prizes are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Sweepstakes, Sponsor, Goodreads, and their respective affiliates may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner’s list, except where prohibited by law, and Sponsor, Studio 775, and their respective affiliates may be required to disclose the winner’s address to state regulatory authorities.

Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
publishing any Materials in any other media;
selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Materials;
publicly performing and/or showing any Materials;
using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website and/or Studio 775;
using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website;
using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing.
Certain areas of this Website are restricted from access by you, and Studio 775 may further restrict your access to any areas of this Website, at any time, in its absolute discretion.
