All orders are shipped from St. Augustine, Florida, using Pirate Ship discounted USPS or UPS rates. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (for example, custom kits or pre-orders).

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: All U.S. orders over $100
• Flat Rate Shipping: $10 for orders under $100
• Local Pickup: Free pickup available in St. Johns County / Jacksonville (you’ll receive pickup instructions via email after checkout)

Flat-rate shipping keeps things simple while letting us securely pack brushes, paint, and canvases—so everything arrives damage-free.

We currently ship to all lower 48 U.S. states.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped.

Packaging & Tracking
Each order is carefully wrapped to prevent damage.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Damages
Due to the nature of our paint kits and art supplies, returns are not accepted once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
